librosie install target does not install headers for dynamic or static linking
I was hoping to use librosie directly from C++ (maybe work on a C++ friendly wrapper too) to play with language design instead of having to drag flexx/bison out of the 1980's (again). However, after I cloned and "make; make install"-ed, there were no headers for librosie in any of the system include directories. Snooping around the documentation and makefiles, it appears that the headers are simply not considered for installation. Is this intentional, or just an oversight? Also, it looks like src/librosie/C/dynamic.h is intended to be included, but src/librosie/librosie.h looks more up-to-date than the former, with the exception of the C++ extern declaration. I'd be more than happy to fix this, if a fix is needed, but I'm not quite sure what the correct fix is.
