add all changes to compile for ubuntu20.04, mainly involves updating from qt4 to qt5
Needed SimSpark running on Ubuntu20.04, so updated Qt4 to Qt5. Both Simspark and rcssserver3d compile and run. Can someone confirm that there are heaps of warnings when compiling simspark on previous ubuntu versions and they didn't suddenly arise from these changes?
Will require update of wiki instructions, to install qt5 and not qt4.
