Did some investigation why my Flat was unable to do the factory reset with our latest debos image and stumbled over an issue with the TPM being absent. This draft tries to implement the approach suggested in REVPI-3760 and seems to work on my machine. But as this is "Neuland" to me -> RFC :-)
