Byte-compiles cleanly against (recentish) Emacs 23 and EDB 1.28p1.
There is no longer a separate elip-sort.el.

Still nonfunctional, however, due to mismatch between .dba expectations and
elip.el behavior.  Additionally, ttn has probably introduced quite a few
bugs in the process of slashing things and shoring up cruft here and there.
