Fix heading level for Demonym docs so they aren't under Currency

Alex Cochran requested to merge alexlab-cloud/open-source-forks/restcountries:demonym-doc-typo-fix into master

It looks like the heading level for Demonym in the documentation (currently ###) is too low, so I just changed it to ##.
