Added a description of the flags of all 194 independent countries in the API

To allow for an equitable user experience, all images on a website should have alt text that fully describe the image. This is useful for screen reader users i.e. blind visitors to a website because it allows them to make sense of all functional images on the website.

I have added a detailed description of the flag images of all 194 independent countries in the API so that anyone who consumes this API for their website can use the descriptions as alt text for the flags. Hopefully, at some point in the future, I can add flag descriptions for the non-independent nations as well.
