Move setup-nfsdump task after boot test

Nikolai Kondrashov requested to merge spbnick/kpet-db:move_setup_nfsdump_after_boot into master

Switch to using preboot_tasks/postboot_tasks for host types and move the setup-nfsdump task after the boot test, so we're sure we're dumping the kernel being tested.
