The Gigabyte machines were disabled due to FASTMOVING-866, we could work around it by forcing acpi=force, however F31/32 for aarch64 have now switched to ACPI since they're syncing with ARK, and the workaround is no longer needed. The systems were disabled versus adding acpi=force as we were unable to reserve them at the time.
