Generate run-stable test IDs

Nikolai Kondrashov requested to merge spbnick/kpet-db:generate_run_stable_ids into main

Generate IDs for test executions, which would always be the same for the same test and the same kpet command. Store the ID in the "CKI_ID" task parameter (environment variable) of each test task.
