af_alg-test: Enable on upstream kernels

Rachel Sibley requested to merge rasibley/kpet-db:af_alg-test-enable-upstream into master

The issue with 5.5+ kernels has been resolved, so we can now run the test on upstream kernels as well. While there, also increase the max duration to 45 minutes, since I remember seeing some watchdog timeouts with the current setting of 30 minutes.
