Switch to the global template

Nikolai Kondrashov requested to merge spbnick/kpet-db:switch_to_global_template into main

Switch from using separate tree templates as top templates to using a single top template "beaker.xml.j2".

Switch from the tree templates invoking the job XML-generating macro, to instead exporting the variables the top template needs to generate the XML.

This would eventually allow supporting multiple host domains, as well as generating jobs with multiple kernels/trees/architectures.
