Change to RHSM Pulp hostnames

Rachel Sibley requested to merge rasibley/kpet-db:pulp-repos into main

Th phx2 hostnames will be retired end of March, content has already been migrated to the new rhsm-pulp servers, update the yum repos in kpet-db before phx2 is decomissioned.
