kvm-self-tests: Re-enable s390x and enable aarch64 for RHEL8. kvm-unit-tests: Add a new repository with the weekly rebase of QEMU to the latest upstream. both: Limit the older aarch64 and x86_64 hardware using cpu_count variable.
