onwers: consolidate MM debug-related subsystems under a single descriptor

Introduce a new subsystem named "MEMORY MANAGEMENT - DEBUG" and
consolidate mm-damon, mm-kasan, mm-kmsan, and mm-kmemleak under a
single SST label named mm-debug.
