docs: remove instructions for converting from email based workflow

We've switched from emails so long ago that the old email based process is no longer relevant. Futhermore, the conversion guide is no longer accurate; we don't generate emails with patches to rhkl anymore, for example.

Just delete the obsolete documentation. Nobody needs it anymore.
