Omitted-fix: 71ff461c3f41 ("iommu/omap: Fix regression in probe for NULL pointer dereference")

  • We do not build the omap driver.

This is a rebase of the IOMMU and DMA mapping code to 5.18. There are a few minor conflicts that are noted in the individual commits, mostly due to either a fix already being backported, or a file not existing in rhel9 such as the apple-dart code.
