uki: get rid of RHEL-only walinuxagentcvm module in the initramfs

walinuxagentcvm was used for RHEL-only implementation of Confidential OS disk encryption on Azure and Azure has migrated to the new upstreamed systemd-style sealing which RHEL also supports, the old module is not used anymore.
