RHEL-9.6 - update Intel Sensor Hub to upstream v6.12-rc7

Backport latest intel sensor hub commits. Including 6.12-rc7 because there were a couple bug fixes there.

Omitted-Fix: d8e45f2929b9 Change DEFINE_FLEX to take __counted_by member Out of scope for this series. I'll leave it to the overflow maintainers to apply it when they're ready.

Omitted-Fix: b1992c3772e6 2024-05-10 2024-04-27 kbuild: use $(src) instead of (srctree)/(src) Out of scope, not a bug fix or feature

Omitted-Fix: 87de1615194e "Documentation: hid: intel-ish-hid: Add vendor custom firmware loading" Will be addressed in a separate JIRA.
