[EDAC] backport patches needed to support Genoa

These patches are required to support Genoa. While we were able to do some  
sanity testing in house, we didn't have a machine with functional EINJ so  
the rest of testing was conducted by AMD. We found one issue regarding  
memory module detection (wrong memory module sizes) which also exists  
upstream and it was investigated and determined it was a firmware problem  
and the next BIOS version fixes it.
