redhat/configs: Disable CONFIG_MACINTOSH_DRIVERS

Upstream Status: RHEL9 only

CONFIG_MACINTOSH_DRIVERS supports older Macintosh systems that we do not
support in RHEL9. Disable the CONFIGs.
