Enable KUNIT for CI Testing

Nico Pache requested to merge npache/centos-stream-9:kunit_enable.post into main

Enable KUNIT on C9S/EL9 to be utilized by the CKI infrastructure.

These KUNIT modules will be compiled into the kernel-modules-internal package and will not be accessible outside of Dev/QA.
