redhat/configs: automotive: Enable TI's UFS driver

JIRA: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-39924 Tested: Manually load the module and poke at the device. The UFS device doesn't seem to be provisioned, so there isn't a block device appearing, but you can see details about it in sysfs. Manual loading (modprobe ti-j721e-ufs) is required at this time due to missing a9814b6c23e7 ("scsi: ufs: ti-j721e: Expose device tree aliases").
