To be able to backport future upstream patches without too many changes, we have to remove support for the CEX2 and CEX3 adapters in downstream, too. They are not available for the supported mainframes anymore anyway, so losing these two kernel modules should not impact anybody. While we're at it, also update the corresponding subsystem in the kernel to a more recent level.
