This is the Ethernet enablement of the Renesas R-Car S4 SoC. Drivers are
updated/backported as necessary to support the Renesas R-Car S4 SoC in
RHEL (for automotive). The following subsystems are in scope:
Ethernet (switch, phy, ptp).
