Summary of Changes

This set of changes consist of: Feat: scsi: smartpqi: Add new controller PCI IDs Add in support for new PCI devices. Low Risk. Fix: scsi: smartpqi: Fix logical volume rescan race condition Correct a rare rescan flag race condition. There are several threads checking the controller rescan flag and is some rare cases; after logical volume size expansion, the OS still sees the size of the logical volume which was before expansion. Low Risk. Feat: scsi: smartpqi: Bump driver version to 2.1.26-030 Make pci device structure names consistent and readable. Low Risk. No functional changes.
