ccimx93-dvk: fsl_lpuart: backport upstream fixes

i.MX93 SoCs have aliases for up to eight UARTs, this was extended from 6 around
6.2:
885692ae3c17 ("tty: serial: fsl_lpuart: increase maximum uart_nr to eight")

This is the case on ccimx93-dvk so backport the delta with upstream to
include that change and other upstream fixes on the way.
