HID/Input rebase to v6.5.x

Full HID rebase to v6.5x. Partial Input rebase to v6.5.x.

Note: this requires 3 commits from the USB tree.

Omitted-fix: 2ed20dec2a88 ("HID: nvidia-shield: Fix a missing led_classdev_unregister() in the probe error handling path"), because it's already in b07b6b27a50e ("HID: nvidia-shield: Fix a missing led_classdev_unregister() in the probe error handling path") which was in upstream 6.6
