arm64: update core arm64 code to upstream v6.6

General update of core arm64 code to upstream v6.6

Added some more sysreg patches.
Added TRBE related coresight and core patches.

V4: Rebased on 5.14.0-384 Dropped a handful of patches which merged with an EFI MR
Added more bare metal FEAT_S1PIE patches

Added a missing fix for duplicate syscall.
