RDMA/rxe: RHEL-only revert for page size vars in rxe

After finding quite a lot of chaos on ppc64le, this partial revert of commit "325a7eb85199 ("RDMA/rxe: Cleanup page variables in rxe_mr.c")" is being tested here on centos-stream-9 on advice of:

Tested: Using kernel-tests-main/storage/blktests/nvme/nvmeof-mp on ppc64le I was able to reliably crash the centos-stream-9 kernel. After this patch, the kernel is stable.
