CNB: bridge: update bridge and switchdev to the latest upstream

Tested: Kernel bridge related self-tests

This MR updates the bridge network core to the latest upstream (v5.15+). This includes beside bug-fixes and minor updates also new key functionality:

• Per VLAN multi-cast support (that is present in RHEL8.6 by RFE bz#2007386)
