Testing: dmatest with ioat, ptdma, legacy idxd. dsa_user_runner_test.sh with scalable mode
         idxd.

Summary of Changes

Rebases drivers/dma to 6.6. It is largely the continuing work on
Intel's Data Stream Accelerator, a few minor changes to other drivers,
and then syncing up some of the drivers/dma/sh code in preparation for
Renesas support.
