Revert "wifi: mark the support for WiFi on aarch64 architecture as tech preview"

All the representative cards that we test for Intel platforms have been successfully tested with arm64 platforms. We have tested overall with Nvidia Jetson Orin Nano but we have tested as well with other arm64 platforms. So, we can eliminate the Tech Preview flag.
