DFS fixes to allow updating the target of DFS links

Omitted-fix: 91f4480c41f5 ("cifs: fix status checks in cifs_tree_connect") This will is post the huge change in direcotry structure for cifs which need to go in as a separate patch. We will bring this patch into rhel9.3 once we have backported the changes that moves all cifs files into a new subdirectory.
