cdc-ether driver update.
r8152 driver is updated as well because it is related and Lenovo (partner requesting the feature) is using this device for its ThinkPad.

Upstream Status: in v6.4

Tested: basic testing and iperf with Lenovo ThinkPad TBT 3 Dock (r8152 based USB Ethernet device) and Telit cdc-ether device.
