Upstream Status: all commits except 3 are merged into the linux.git
                 3 commits are merged into herbert/cryptodev-2.6.git

Update CCP drivers upto v6.4 including new devices PCI_IDs. All the
commits apply almost cleanly, no changes vs the upstream. 2 hunks for
an unexisting file were dropped.
