lockd: fix races that can result in stuck filelocks

A set of patches currently queued up for v6.5 that fix some race conditions vs. client-side signals that could result in stuck locks on the server. Also fixes an annoying log message that can pop at shutdown, adds new tracepoints, and does some associated cleanup.
