The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. Avoid overflow of messages for r8152 based USB Ethernet device.

Tested: basic testing and iperf with Lenovo ThinkPad TBT 3 Dock (r8152 based USB Ethernet device)
