These fixes are backported from v5.16-rc1 and v5.16-rc2

Omitted-fix: 037495eb8133 ("stacktrace: Provide stack_trace_save_tsk() stub in the !CONFIG_STACKTRACE case too") This fix is from linux-next, not Linus' tree. Also, !CONFIG_STACKTRACE is not a supported config.
