crypto: qat: Update QAT drivers upto v6.1-rc1

                 7 commits are from herbert/cryptodev-2.6.git

Update QAT drivers upto v6.1-rc1 fixing important DMA bug and
a possible security issue. Add the latest QAT commits from
Herbert's cryptodev-2.6 repository.

All the commits apply cleanly, no conflicts, no changes vs the
upstream. A scope of one commit was limited to QAT driver code.
