crypto: ccp - Add support for new CCP/PSP device ID

Myron Stowe requested to merge mstowe1/centos-stream-9:redhat/bz20498842 into main 
Add a new CCP/PSP PCI device ID.  This functionality uses
the same register offsets as the previously supported structure.
