iwlwifi: mvm: fix double list_add at iwl_mvm_mac_wake_tx_queue

Fix the related lists by deleting them when station queues are disabled or invalidated.

Tested: Lenovo P1 gen3 (Intel Corporation Comet Lake PCH CNVi WiFi, Intel Wi-Fi® 6 AX201, 802.11ax 2x2 Wi-Fi card) and software reproducers
