rv: Rebase rv to v6.15

JIRA: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-92308

This is mostly cleanup, simplification in script files and initial
support for the scheduler models.
Besides new tracepoints, no new feature will be added with this as
monitors are not compiled by default.
