redhat/configs: automotive: enable SPI_OMAP24XX as a module

Summary of Changes

SPI_OMAP24XX is needed for McSPI support on TI boards. Enable it as a module by removing the symbol from the automotive configs and inheriting it from the common configs.

Corresponding ARK MR is !4096.
