Summary of Changes

Pull two upstream patchsets, "rtla/timerlat: Support actions on threshold and on end", and a follow-up patchset "rtla: Improve test coverage with output checking and action".

Also includes two dependency patchsets: "rtla: Set distinctive exit value for failed tests", and "rtla: Refactor save_trace_to_file", and a fix for the latter ("rtla: Fix segfault in save_trace_to_file call").
