Configure Packit to ignore the .gitignore file

This is a fix to avoid patches being generated for the .gitignore file. See for example redhat/centos-stream/rpms/cloud-init!41 (closed) (diffs)

This won't be necessary starting from the next rebase, since I'll update this repo following the latest Packit guidelines.
