Summary of Changes

OpenSSL ENGINEs are deprecated upstream, have subtle bugs, and (as all deprecated functionality) are not supposed to be used in FIPS mode. There is now a good alternative in pkcs11-provider, so remove support for ENGINEs from stunnel.
