Summary of Changes

This drops Tiger VNC dependencies from the templates, which will no longer be needed on the image once Anaconda switches to RDP during its switch to Wayland.

NOTE: This should only be merged once all Anaconda Wayland PRs have been merged and a corresponding Anaconda package is available in RHEL 10 repositories.
