authselect-1.5.0-7: fix hostname -f cannot show fqdn

Summary of Changes

Since rhel10 does not have systemd-resolved support in authselect,
we need to place myhostname after dns module to make
` hostname --fqdn` work. This was the default order
in rhel8 and rhel9.
