As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired. A RHEL-9 version of !147 (merged).

Differences:

/etc/system-fips is being created and removed on 9, while on Fedora it's no longer there
fips-finish-install(8) manpage now states the file has been deprecated (I think previously it was in release notes only)
