MQ2Status - Major Reorg

MQ2Status-Updates/Cleanup into master
  • Removed early /returns.
  • Removed duplicate "EzCommand" entries.
  • now using an if-else if chain and 1 EzCommand instead for the "main" part of the output.
  • Added TODO for emu verification of health/endurance/mana values.
  • Updated currency for CoV.
  • Cleaned up output for WriteChat messages.
  • Punctuation and space corrections.
